Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders efficiently to ensure your items arrive safely and promptly.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize reliable major carriers to ensure secure delivery.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
- Damages & Lost Packages: Serenity Selections is committed to making sure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. If an item arrives physically damaged, please reach out to us right away with photos of the product; depending on the situation, we will work with you to offer a partial discount on the item, but please note we cannot offer full refunds or replacements for shipping carrier damages.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our guidelines for returns and refunds:
- Return Window: We offer a 60-day return policy, meaning you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: with tags attached and in appropriate packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- How to Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our support team. If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
